What does the CareerNovaris test measure?
The current integrated test explores six RIASEC interest themes and asks for both an interest rating and a self-rated current skill level across 48 activities.
Will it tell me exactly which career to choose?
No. CareerNovaris is designed to identify useful patterns and career clusters to explore. A career decision should also include real experience, education requirements, constraints and informed conversations.
Is CareerNovaris a psychological or clinical test?
No. It is positioned as a career-guidance and self-reflection tool, not a clinical, medical or psychological diagnosis.
