What is DISCNovaris?
DISCNovaris is a Novaris Transformation Lab assessment experience built around four behavioural dimensions: D, I, S and C. In the student version, participants complete 24 sets and choose one word that is MOST like them and one that is LEAST like them in each set. The report then turns those responses into a development-focused profile.
Two versions, two contexts
DISCNovaris Student Strengths Assessment
The student version is designed around self-awareness, communication, learning, teamwork and development. Its report includes a style snapshot, dimension patterns, communication guidance, development ideas and career-exploration prompts. It is intended to create questions and conversations, not to restrict subjects or future choices.
DISCNovaris + Emotional Intelligence Professional
The professional edition combines the same 24-set DISC reflection with a 12-statement emotional-intelligence self-check across self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management. Its purpose is to help professionals connect behavioural style with the way they regulate themselves, read others and build trust at work.
How to use a DISC profile well
A profile is most useful when it helps you notice patterns without turning them into permanent identity. Use it to ask practical questions: When am I at my best? What happens when I am under pressure? What pace do I naturally prefer? How can I communicate with someone who values different things? Which behaviour should I practise rather than simply explain away as “my style”?
That development-first approach is the reason DISCNovaris sits alongside CareerNovaris. CareerNovaris explores interests and skills for career direction; DISCNovaris explores behavioural style and communication. Together, they support different parts of the same larger question: how do you understand yourself well enough to make better choices and work better with others?
